Can I suggest a disabled access entrance too? Queuing for nearly an hour just to get in was way too long for my hip and knees.
And make access to the entrance near the car park and not a 20minute hike. Not all people with walking disabilities are in a wheelchair. Also make sure marshalls do their job and only allow people access to the platform if they have the correct armband!!!
I’m not allowed to force my kids out to work until they’re 14, or even take them out of school without facing a fine for doing so (because children have to go to school right 🤔) So, is you now advising (through the medium of ‘Buy Tickets’) that I have to pay adult price for two 13 year olds some reasonable description of an extenuating circumstance that warrants some form of discount in line with the new pricing policy for them pesky children of mine....?
