Samhain is a traditional time to gather as we move into the winter months. Its a time to get together to feast, to listen to stories and beautiful music. To sit together and share our stories both personal and collective, to laugh and cry together, to be present to both the beauty and grief of life and death.

To be together with both the shadow and light in the warmth of friendship and community. To support each other to find that which we love in life to come to fruition with the support of something bigger and more mysterious than we can name.

BBC Radio 3's Nick Luscombe caught up with part-time music legend / part-time laughter expert Laraaji at Larmer Tree for a quick Laughter Meditation session. Have a watch below, and just try not to laugh...

Nick will be airing his highlights from EOTR on his Late Junction show all week, starting tonight with Laraaji's blend of transcendental jazz and new age ambience, as well as the industrial drones and abrasive riffs of Housewives. Make sure you're tuned in from 11pm!
