The spirit of Wychwood Music Festival rests in an ancient forest gathering that last took place more than 150 years ago.
Revived in 2005, the festival returns for its third year at Cheltenham Racecourse with a musical lineup spanning folk, world,
roots and alternative rock.
Now fundraising for Oxfam, the festival aims to be intimate and inclusive for audience
and musician alike, blending contemporary music with favoured old-timers and encouraging new collaborations. Up and coming
acts are given an early chance to shine on the summer festival stage.
Expect a line-up of around 50 bands, DJs and
artists, as well as a solar powered cinema, adult and children's workshops including circus skills, music, yoga and tai chi,
as well as talks, performance poetry, dance, exotic food and drink, Healing Gardens and Global village, and comedy.
