The mighty V festival returns to its spiritual dual homes of Hylands Park, Chelmsford and Weston Park, Staffordshire on 17th and 18th August 2002.

V was the first UK festival to shift the entire Saturday line-up from Chelmsford up north to play the Sunday leg at V96 (and every year since)... the northern Saturday line-up made the reverse trip to play to the awaiting Chelmsford crowd on the Sunday. It means that V2002 is two festivals on one weekend, where everyone gets to see all of the bands. Meaning that no-one misses out.
