Towersey Village Festival is renowned for being one of the most relaxed and family friendly festivals of its kind. With an eclectic mix of concerts, workshops and dances, an international trade market, craft and music fairs, a delectable array of food and drink and dedicated youth and children's programmes, Towersey provides a truly sensational festival experience.

With 44 years of experience the five-day affair has crafted an event that's suitable for the whole family. Children can be entertained by puppet shows, stories, face painting and songs with organisers putting a specific focus on youth activities.

Shooting Roots, a dedicated youth section, provides activities for 12-25 year-olds with folk workshops and other participatory events.

Camping is available during the event with a fleet of Routemaster buses helping festival goers get around. Last year a bus was driven by Radio 2's Ken Bruce fact fans!less
