About Summer Sundae Weekender 2010
The ever evolving and expanding Summer Sundae Weekender returns for it's tenth anniversary with six packed stages of music,
comedy and cabaret rolling across three days.
The event comes highly commended after winning the Best Small Festival
award in 2006 and it has maintained its high standard of excellence ever since. Acts of international acclaim share the stage
with emerging bands, as part of a well thought out and crafted line-up that extends from rock and pop to dance, roots and
electronica.
Macy Gray, Simian Mobile Disco and Supergrass have appeared in the past, so expect more high-calibre and
varied artists this time around.
Summer Sundae is also a family friendly affair, which caters for the children's needs
as much as it does the adults. The Kid's Zone provides relief for parents with face painting, children's shows, clowns, workshops
and breakfast-time fun and bed-time stories.
There will also be bars and eateries onsite as well as camping available
over the weekend.
