Pontins holiday complex in Southport will play host to the biannual Southport Weekender. The long-running diverse dance
music event celebrated its 20th birthday last year but is showing no signs of slowing down.
The multi-genre festival
pumps out house, funk, soul, breakbeat, hip hop, r'n'b and garage across four arenas and is a firm favourite with dance devotees
and the music media alike.
The festival is nearly always a sell out with a selection of great DJs and choice live performers
enticing 5,000 revellers up to the North West for the three-day seaside shindig.
The price includes chalet accommodation
for two nights and three days in fully equipped self-catering apartments, with use of all site facilities and entry to all
dance arenas. So you can take a dip in the pool and try go-karting too...
