SHEPLEY SPRING FESTIVAL 2008

Now into its second year the Shepley Spring Festival is set to return in 2008 with another line-up of folk stars. The three-day festival will bring Shepley village, Kirklees, West Yorkshire to life with music, dance and even a children's festival.

The Folk Train will also be running over the weekend which has artists' performing material on a train that runs along the Penistone Line.

Bellowhead, Peggy Seeger and Whapweasel are already confirmed for the spring soiree with many more acts to bee announced. Camping is available for weekend ticket holders with facilities that include flushing toilets, showers and even a breakfast in bed delivery service!less
