About Rock en Seine 2009
Held in the beautiful Domaine de St Cloud on the banks of the river Seine on the outskirts of Paris, Rock en Seine is set
to return for the 7th time this summer.
The festival traditionally boasts a line-up brimming with top names, shared
over three stages. Rage Against the Machine, REM, The Roots and The Streets were among those playing last year so expect a
similar calibre of line-up this time round.
Spread over three days, the event provides camping, an abundance of stalls,
activities and art installations. The action also finishes every night before the last Paris metro's depart from Pont de Sevres
station giving punters the chance to fully enjoy the French capital by day and by night.
Paris Charles de Gaulle and
Orly airports are the city's major international travel hubs with the major stations also providing pan-European rail links.
