QUART 2007

Quart Festival began in 1992 and has since gone on the grow into Norway's largest festival. The pop, rock and rap event attracts some of the world's biggest artists including Fatboy Slim, Morrissey and Kanye West in recent years.
The event itself takes place in Kristiansand, the county town of Vest-Agder and 60,000 festival-goers are expected to turn up this year. The six-day affair is held in a beautiful park with a lake allows people to have a swim if it all gets too hot.

The music is spread over two stages with other entertainment coming in the form of a cinema. Once the music comes to a halt many hit the town centre to party through the night in one of the many nightspots.less
