The Oxford Folk Festival is set to return for its fifth outing this April. The three-day festival houses most of the main
concerts at city's Town Hall, with a few artists dotted around other local venues.Bellowhead, 3 Daft Monkeys and Brass Monkey have already been announced for 2008 to complement the full programme of Ceilidhs, workshops, sessions, dances and trade fair.
