Fancy a pair of tickets to the brand new festival, Latitude, and the chance to perform there? Just write us a poem and you could be reading it to an audience in the Stand Up Poetry Tent at the July event...
Do you have an inner Byron, a hidden Keats, or the spirit of Wordsworth lurking within you – or is Dizzee Rascal more your inspiration?
If so then you could be performing at Latitude in the Stand Up Poetry Tent as part of a series of south-west-four-sw4-2009 we're running in conjunction with the festival as official media partners.
We've got a pair of tickets to give away to what is set to be one of the festivals of the year, headlined by Snow Patrol, Antony And The Johnsons, and Mogwai.
And you could be performing too!
All you've got to do is post a poem on Latitude's online forums HERE (no longer than 32 lines), and the best one, judged by luminaries Luke Wright and Ian McKenzie, will win the prize.
You'll need to sign up as a VF member to enter the competition if you haven't already.
The closing date for entries is Wednesday 5th July.
