Organisers of the Vintage At Goodwood festival, which was due to take place from 12-14 August at the Goodwood Estate near Chichester, have revealed that it will not take place this year.
More than 45,000 people attended last year's event, but festival organisers Wayne and Geraldine Hemingway have confirmed that it will not take place in 2011.
According to The Portsmouth News, organisers said that 'the introduction of Vintage put a great deal of pressure on the business and planning process at Goodwood, due to its busy summer calendar.'
The festival, which last year hosted The Faces, Buzzcocks and Ronnie Wood, won Best New Festival at November's UK Festival Awards.
The Hemingways are now planning to take the Vintage concept on tour instead.
