Bombay Bicycle Club are among 13 new names added to the bill for The Great Escape.
Grunge legend Evan Dando will also be appearing at the Brighton bash alongside an anti-folk invasion which includes Johnny Flynn, Mumford And Sons and Emmy The Great.
thecocknbullkid, Dirty Stop Out and The Twilight Sad have also been added to the bill alongside Cursive, Koko Von Napoo, Post War Years, Amazing Baby and Girls.
Today’s additions join a bill that already boasts Kasabian, British Sea Power, The Maccabees and Gang of Four.
The Great Escape 2009 will take place at various venues around Brighton, West Sussex from 14-16 May.
Tickets are already on sale priced at £45 for a festival wristband, which will give festival-goers access to all venues, subject to capacity.
