Oxfordshire's Truck Festival, held from 22-24 July at Hill Farm, have revealed plans for a new stage named after their 'brother', Wood Festival.
The Wood Field will provide activities for children including an outdoor production of ‘The Secret Garden’, as well as hosting the Wood Stage.
The Oxford Folk Festival is set to make itself at home on the new stage after being cancelled this year, hosting No 1 Ladies’ Accordion Orchestra, Benjamin Francis Leftwich, Heidi Talbot and Kris Drever.
Dana and Susan Robinson, Pilgrim’s Way and Monument Valley are also set to perform, with Rachel Dadd and Katy Rose and the Cavalry Parade due to join them.
On Friday (22 July), NonClassical, recorder quintet Consortium 5 and Juice Vocal Ensemble will take to the Wood Stage, with more acts to be announced in the coming weeks.
The new additions join Graham Coxon, The Go! Team and more for the three-day festival.
Tickets are still on sale, at £99 for an adult weekend pass with other options available.
