Tool third headliner for Download

Tool have been announced as the Friday headliner at this summer's Download festival, with a several more bands also confirmed including Cradle Of Filth, Aiden, Stone Sour, Bloodsimple, and more...

Tool take their place next to the two previously announced headliners Metallica and Guns ‘N Roses, who play Saturday and Sunday night respectively.

takes place at Castle Donington, Leicestershire, over the weekend of 9-11 June. Buy tickets HERE!

36 Crazyfists, Soul Fly, Arch Enemy, Eighteen Vision, Soilwork, and To My Surprise are the others acts just confirmed.

They join the likes of Trivium, Bullet For My Valentine, The Prodigy, Korn, Deftones and InMe, although no details of stage or day have been released yet.
