Tom Jones has been confirmed to make a special appearance at the Isle of Wight Festival 2011, with the event set to return to Seaclose Park, Newport from 10 - 12 June.
The Welsh legend will perform in the Big Top tent on Saturday 11 June.
Festival promoter John Giddings comments “What can I say that hasn’t been said about this man and his voice? We are so proud that he has chosen to play our Festival next summer. It will be incredible…”
Sir Tom will join already confirmed artists Kings Of Leon, Pulp and Foo Fighters on the Isle Of Wight line-up for the tenth anniversary of the festival.
Tickets are on sale now with an adult weekend camping pass priced at £175, a child pass (7 – 13 years) at £87.50 and under 7s go free but require a ticket.
