Mark Goldring, Mencap’s chief executive, commented: "We are thrilled to be celebrating the fifth year of the Little Noise Sessions. These intimate gigs not only raise much-needed funds for Mencap, they also help us to raise awareness of learning disability, which can be a hard disability to understand.

"The money raised will help Mencap continue to support thousands of people with a learning disability across the UK."
