Ticket Trout: More Reading tickets on sale Sat

Thought the last chance to get into Reading Festival 2010 had gone eh? Well, I'll let you into a secret, 3,500 extra tickets will go on sale tomorrow (Saturday).

That’s right, thanks to the bosses adding an extra 10,000 spaces over a three year period – this is the second year, expect more in 2011 – some of you lucky lot will get the chance to see the likes of Guns n’ Roses, Arcade Fire, Blink 182 and more.

Festival top dog, Melvin Benn had this to say: "Once again I would like to thank the council for its continued support of Reading Festival and for its help in ensuring Reading Festival maintains its pole position as the greatest rock festival in the world.

"I am aware that there is a large waiting list via See Tickets and this will go some way to meet some of that demand albeit there are absolutely no early birds left."

So internet and phones at the ready for 10am this Saturday (24 July).
