Swedish metal band Therion will make an exclusive UK appearance at next year's Bloodstock Open Air Festival, organisers have announced.
Since they were founded in 1987, the band has changed members and evolved from heavy to symphonic metal, incorporating classical music elements into their music. As a result, their live performances often feature choirs and full live orchestras.
They join an early line-up that includes Morbid Angel, Rhapsody of Fire, Triptykon and headliners Immortal.
Early bird weekend tickets with camping are available until 15 December priced at £95 plus booking fees.
