Fans barged past helpless security guards and 'Tent Full' signs to witness the farewell party hosted by The Streets in a rammed Slam Tent.
A topless and toned Mike Skinner couldn’t help but be amazed by the reception his band received as they ran through a series of street poet hits.
‘Dry Your Eyes’ evoked a spine tingling sing-along while ‘Blinded By The Lights’ had the legendary dance tent pulsating.
Skinner proclaimed: “There’s been nowhere like this to get crazy with for the past 10 years of The Streets,” before ‘Weak Become Heroes’ and ‘Fit But You Know It; had five circle pits puncturing holes in the crowd.
With no reason left to pretend or lie, Skinner said: “You’re the best, I mean it. I’ve never seen that before I’m getting emotional.”
