The Fratellis to headline A Hop At The Farm

The Fratellis have been announced as the Saturday (4 July) headliners for A Hop At The Farm.

The Scottish rockers, famed for tracks like ‘Chelsea Dagger’, ‘Henrietta’ and ‘Whistle For The Choir, will head up a bill that includes Noah And The Whale, Pigeon Detectives and Echo And The Bunnymen.

Other names on the bill include Paul Weller, 2 Many DJs, Super Furry Animals and Mystery Jets.

Organisers also promise more big acts in the coming months.

A Hop At The Farm 2009 will take place at Hop Farm, Paddock Wood in Kent from 4-5 July.

The festival is set to continue with no VIP area, branding or sponsorship, while boasting three stages, boutique camping, a fun fair and a celebrity 5-a-side football match.

Tickets are on sale now priced at £125 for the weekend or £65 for a day pass.
