Eminem is still set to top the bill at T In The Park 2010 this weekend (July 10) regardless of internet gossip, festival bosses insist.
Reports from a bogus website caused punters anxiety, claiming the rapper was on the verge of dropping all live commitments.
“Everything is fine. Eminem is definitely going ahead” T In The Park organiser Geoff Ellis told The Daily Record.
The hip-hop megastar, who released his seventh studio album ‘Recovery’ last month, is also scheduled to make a similar performance at this year’s Oxegen Festival in Ireland.
Alongside Eminem, this year’s T In The Park is also set to feature performances from Muse, Kasabian, The Prodigy, The Black Eyed Peas, Madness and Florence and The Machine.
T In The Park 2010 will take place at Balado Airfield, Scotland from 9-11 July.
Tickets have sold out but there are a number of passes available on secondary ticketing platform viagogo, both for individual days and for the weekend, currently starting at £396.60 for all three days.
viagogo will provide a safe and secure online platform enabling fans to sell spare tickets if they are unable to attend. viagogo guarantees every transaction meaning that buyers can be sure they will get the tickets they paid for, and that sellers will get paid for their tickets.
