The Stone Roses are set to earn over £1million for each festival they play next summer, according to The Sun.
With the reformed Manchester band announced as headliners for T in the Park, Benicassim and Fuji Rock yesterday, the report also says the quartet are “currently in negotiations” to top the bill at at least one of the major English festivals next year.
While V Festival is understood to be the favourite for their signature, The Sun piece alleges that Reading and Leeds and a relaunched Phoenix Festival are also possible destinations.
