Spinnerette are among the names that have helped complete the line-up for this summer's Highfield Festival.
The emerging outfit, fronted by the Distillers' Brody Dalle, will be joined at the East German indie-bash by Danish rockers Veto, Texas punks Riverboat Gamblers and London favourites The Maccabees.
Alongside them new-wave four piece Metric, Blitzen Trapper, Twisted Wheel and Twin Atlantic were also added to the bill. The list is closed by newcomers Bombay Bicycle Club and Auletta.
Highfeld is set to be headlined by Die Toten Hosen, Arctic Monkeys and Faith No More with The Offspring, Maximo Park, Deftones, Rise Against and many more pencilled in.
Highfield 2009 is set to take place on the shores of the Hohenfelden Reservoir outside the town of Erfurt, East Germany, from 21 – 23 August. This year will be the last time the leafy location hosts the festival.
Three day passes for the event are on sale priced at €101, including a camping spot.
