Rock Ness 2011 has announced its Comedy Tent line-up, with Sean Hughes, Daniel Sloss and Ian Cognito taking the top spots.
A “new and improved” Howard’s End will see Ian Cognito headline on the Friday night of the festival (10 June), with Ro Campbell, the Reverend Obadiah Steppenwolfe III, Bruce Fummey, Erik Lampaert, and Mikey Adams also appearing.
James Kirk, Ray Bradshaw, Chris Henry, Mac Star, Eddie Cassidy, Darren Connell and John Walker complete Friday’s bill.
Sean Hughes heads Saturday’s bill (11 June), while Andre Vincent, Scott Agnew, Parrot, Mark Nelson, Joel Dommett, Gus Lymburn, Julia Sutherland, Paul Alcroft, Sarah-May Philo and a returning Connell will also perform.
Daniel Sloss headlines on Sunday (12 June), Steve Agnew, Reverend Obadiah Steppenwolfe III, Parrot, Ro Campbell, Marty McLean, Mark Nelson, Chris Henry and Ray Nelson all return, and Teddy, Joe Hulliat, David Innes and Matt Winning complete the final day’s line-up.
Billy Kirkwood, Alan Anderson and Andre Vincent will compere.
Rock Ness 2011 takes place in Dores, Inverness on 10-12 June.
