It looks like a day of leaks after a photo of the Reading and Leeds Festival 2011 line-ups appeared on the internet showing that Muse, My Chemical Romance and The Strokes are set to headline.
According to forum sources, the photo was taken from this week’s Kerrang! magazine.
30 Seconds To Mars, The Offspring, Deftones, Rise Against and Bring Me The Horizon all look likely to support My Chemical Romance at Reading on the Friday (26 August) and Leeds on Saturday (27 August) alongside The Blackout and Architects.
Pulp, The National, Jimmy Eat World, Madness, Two Door Cinema Club and Seasick Steve will appear before headliners The Strokes on the main stage at Reading (27 August) and Leeds (28 August) as well as The Pigeon Detectives and The Joy Formidable.
If the leak is real, hitting the Reading main stage on the Sunday, and Friday in Leeds, will be Elbow, Interpol, Friendly Fires, Enter Shikari, The View and Frank Turner with Taking Back Sunday and We Are The Ocean to support Muse too.
Topping the NME/Radio 1 Stage will be Beady Eye, Jane’s Addiction and 2ManyDJs along with White Lies, Noah And The Whale, The Vaccines, Metronomy, Patrick Wolf and The Naked And The Famous.
Others set for the same stage will be Crystal Castles, Bombay Bicycle Club, Everything Everything, The Kills and hip hop group OFWGKTA as well as Death From Above 1979, Panic At The Disco!, Warpaint, Chapel Club and Cage The Elephant.
The Horrors, The Midnight Beast and Peter Doherty will headline the Festival Republic Stage, while The Alternative Stage will feature Mark Thomas, Russell Kane, Tim Minchin, Henry Rollins and Lee Nelson.
