Pet Shop Boys are among the headliners for this year's Latitude festival.
The ‘Go West’ duo will top the bill alongside Grace Jones and Nick Cave And The Bad Seeds.
Speaking at the festival launch, event organiser Melvin Benn revealed his desire to book Pet Shop Boys. He said:"they’ve been a target since we started [Latitude]."
Beth Ditto’s The Gossip have also been confirmed, headlining the Uncut Stage, joining Editors, Bat For Lashes and Doves, who were announced earlier today (23 March).
Latitude Festival 2009 will take place at Southwold, Suffolk from 16-19 July.
Tickets are on sale now priced at £150 plus booking fee including camping and cark park fees. Day passes are available for £60 before booking fee.

As well as a full music programme Latitude also boasts a diverse programme of art including poetry, literature and comedy.
There will be around 15 arenas of cultural enlightenment as well as a large children’s area, bars, eateries and much more.
This year it will include the theatre arena with shows from the Royal Shakespeare Company, the Bush Theatre, The Lyric in Hammersmith and much more.
Other attractions include Shlomo and the Vocal Orchestra, SharpWire, Faulty Optic and more on the Outdoor Theatre stage as well as poetry, literacy and comedy.
