Early Bird Tickets for Parklife Festival 2012 will go on sale at 9am on Friday (14 October) .
The event will return for its third year on 9 – 10 June 2012 at Platts Field Park, Manchester.
This limited run of 500 tickets for next year’s festival will be the only ones available until the official launch of the 2012 event in January, and with Parklife 2011 selling out in May this year, these tickets are expected to go quickly.

This year saw Two Door Cinema Club, Chase & Status, Skream & Benga, Everything Everything, Kelis, Boys Noize and Sub Focus among the performers.
As with this year, the 2012 festival will also house family activities, with art installations, a funfair, magicians, cabaret and busking stages, dance troupes, comedy, spoken word, theatre and chill out zones.
Parklife was established by the team behind Manchester’s Warehouse Project, which runs in the city until 1 January, with DJ Shadow, The Horrors, Calvin Harris, Jamie XX, Eric Prydz, Chic, Aphex Twin, James Blake, Modeselektor, and Foals set to headline shows, with a New Year’s Eve event also in the works.
