The recently-reformed One Minute Silence have pulled out of their UK Sonisphere Festival appearance, stating that they are not ready to perform.
The British nu-metal band were due to play the Knebworth rock event on 4 July but frontman Yap released a statement yesterday (9 June) announcing that they have decided to pull the show, explaining: “We have been working so hard to make it all come together but in truth it has be a real struggle we tried so hard to be ready but the fact is that as it stands today we are not ready.”
Yap added: “We were desperately not wanting to let any OMS fans down but we sadly have to pull out of the Sonisphere gig on July 9. Huge apologies from all of us if you bought a ticket especially to see us play.”
Sonisphere tickets are available now priced at £180 for a three day camping pass.
