More acts have been announced for Scotland's Wizard Festival 2011 line up.
Rockers The Xcerts will headline the Banshee stage on Saturday (27 August), with Edinburgh six-piece Broken Records making their Wizard debut on Friday (26 August).
Also added to the bill for the festival, which takes place at New Deer, Aberdeenshire from 26-27 August, are Bombskare, Little Kicks and Woodland Routes.
Peterhead band Velvet Audio have been confirmed as openers the main stage on Saturday.
Friday’s headliners for the main stage are The Stranglers, while indie group Cast are Saturday’s top billing.
The Twang, The Saw Doctors and Jon Fratelli – frontman of BRIT award winners The Fratellis – will also be performing over the weekend.
The festival will have rock, dance and cover bands playing across four stages, including a selection of home-grown talent.
There will also be Wee Wizards, a dedicated area for children, which will have workshops, storytellers and a funfair on both days.
Fancy dress Friday will return once more with a parade in the main Wee Wizards tent.
A quiet family camping zone specifically for those with young children will also be set apart from the main campsite.
Wizard Festival 2011 tickets for the weekend cost £75 including camping, while day tickets for Saturday cost £50. Children aged 12 and under are free.
