The Big Chill has announced the line-up for its all-new Bill Chill Radio Stage, which will play host to live BBC 6 Music broadcasts throughout the festival, plus a DJ set from Hot Chip's Alexis Taylor.

Friday (5 August) will see five artists selected by local BBC Introducing presenter Andrew Marston perform, followed by DJ Shepdog, Nadav Ravid and Futureboogie. Gatto Fritto, Mock & Toof, Leo Zero and Bill Brewster complete the bill for the first day.

Sketchy, Kutmah and comedian Lee Nelson start things off on Saturday (6 August), before Craig Charles’ Funk and Soul Show starts the 6 Music broadcasts, followed by DJ sets from Union, Hit’n’Run, Rich Reason, Chunky and Cutline.

Matty J opens the stage on Sunday (7 August), with a return for Lee Nelson and a set from Chris Coco, after which Cerys Matthews and The 6 Mix, featuring DJs on the festival bill, will both broadcast live on 6 Music from the stage. Alexis Taylor will then DJ before Bubbleteaser‘s Maurice Fulton closes proceedings.

Big Chill Radio will be broadcasting 24 hours-a-day on 87.7FM for the duration of the event.

It’s also been announced that Seamus Murphy‘s series of short films to accompany PJ Harvey‘s latest album ‘Let England Shake’, and the Beastie Boys film ‘Fight For Your Right Revisited’ will both be screened at the festival.

Kanye West, The Chemical Brothers and Rodrigo y Gabriela are this year’s headliners.

Big Chill 2011 will take place on 4 – 7 August at Eastnor Castle Deer Park in Ledbury, Herefordshire.
