'Tainted Love' singer Marc Almond commenced the camp fun on day three of Lovebox 2011 with a leggy female brass section.
The ex-Soft Cell frontman and gay icon attracted a bevy of devoted fans who danced zealously in the mud to his ska-nostalgia cabaret band, complete with a three leggy ladies in teeny-weeny minis playing trombones.
“To hell with the rain, we don’t care, we’ll have a good time!” he shouted with genuine conviction in his gold shirt that bought some much-needed glamour to a grey day.
Following the set, a recycled fashion show took to the stage, put on by the curators of Lovebox day three, the gay-friendly events outfit Out and Out Fierce.
