Early Bird Tickets have gone on sale for Leefest 2011 today (18 April).
The South East London festival returns on 12 – 13 August, and Weekend tickets with camping are on sale now, priced at £45.
This offer expires on 2 May, when the line-up will be announced, or when the limited allocation of early bird tickets sell out.
Back for it’s sixth year, the award winning LeeFest music festival is beginning it’s annual search for independent acts to add to this year’s bill.
Half of acts playing Leefest will be unsigned or independent acts, with preference given to local and regional talent. Organiser Lee Denny, 23, said; “LeeFest gives new artists the rare and important opportunity to play alongside the bigger names who influence them.”
The application process is now open and will close on May 5th, visit www.LeeFest.org.uk.
Leefest 2011 takes place at Highams Hill Farm, Bromley.
Last year’s event saw The Futureheads headline, and the likes of Does It Offend You Yeah?, The King Blues and Fenech-Soler also perform, with the festival scoring a 9/10 review from Francis Whittaker on this very site.
