Last Shadow Puppets confirm festival

The Last Shadow Puppets have been confirmed to play the Reading and Leeds Festivals.

The pair will make their full live debut at both festivals, headlining the NME/Radio 1 Stage as co-headliners prior to the previously announced set from The Cribs.

The project of Arctic Monkeys’ Alex Turner and The Rascals’ Miles Kane have yet to confirm any further live shows and it will be their only UK festival show.

A festival spokesman said: "This has to be a real ‘get there early’ moment and, after last year’s packed tents for the likes of The Enemy and The Pigeon Detectives expect a similar situation."

The Last Shadow Puppets will play at Leeds Festival (22 Aug) on the Friday and Reading on the Sunday (24 Aug).

Reading and Leeds Festival is totally sold out across both sites. Others playing include Rage Against The Machine, The Killers, Metallica, Bloc Party, Babyshambles and many more. Full line up HERE.
