Californian electro-punks, Funeral Party have let slip that they will perform at this year's Reading and Leeds Festivals.
Speaking to VF, guitarist James Torres said of the August events: “We are going to be on the bill.”
“We're trying to do [Glastonbury] but I know we're doing a bunch of European festivals which should be good. We're doing Fuji Rock Festival in Japan which we did in 2009 so I'm looking forward to doing that this year," he added.
Talking about their appearance at Reading and Leeds in 2010, vocalist Chad Elliott told VF: "They were a crazy, good experience for us. Only hearing about those in the States and actually playing them was just like 'woo we're actually here now'.”
The band again confirmed their place on the line-up when asked by Nick Grimshaw's on his Radio 1 show last night which UK festivals they might play this year, “Reading and Leeds!” was the reply.
