Former Million Dead frontman Frank Turner has been confirmed to play Reading and Leeds festival this summer.
The punk-turned-folk artist is set to return to the festivals for the fourth time, taking to the NME/Radio 1 Stage after Lethal Bizzle on Saturday 29 August (Leeds) and Sunday 30 (Reading).
Kings of Leon, Radiohead and Arctic Monkeys are set to headline both events this summer with some mighty backup from the likes Placebo, The Prodigy, Kaiser Chiefs and Billy Talent.
Anti Flag, The Gossip, Maximo Park and many more are also on the bill for the legendary weekenders.
Reading Festival 2009 will take place at Little Johns Farm, Reading, while Leeds Festival 2009 is set to be held at Branham Park, Leeds.
Both run from 28-30 August and share the same line-up.
There are still tickets available for both events priced at £170 for a weekend camping pass and £70 per day pass.
