Pukkelpop has made its first announcements for 2011, with Foo Fighters, Eminem and deus heading the list.
They’ll be joined by Duck Sauce, who will close the festival on Saturday night, Thirty Seconds To Mars, The Offspring, Skunk Anansie, Fleet Foxes, James Blake and Jamie Woon in Kempische Steenweg, Belgium on 18-20 August.
The Streets, The Horrors, Explosions In The Sky, Trentemoller, Blonde Redhead, The Raveonettes, Lykke Li, Patrick Wolf, Wild Beasts, The View, Bonobo, …And You Will Know Us By The Trail Of Dead, Sebadoh, Jose James, Little Dragon and Noah & The Whale will also all be there.
Anna Calvi, Warpaint, The Naked And Famous, Miles Kane, Dorian Concept, Rustie, Twin Shadow, Eliza Doolittle, Untold, WU LYF, Ramadanman aka Pearson Sound, The Antlers, Mayer Hawthorne & The County, Wolf People, Dry the River, Trophy Wife, Planning To Rock, Fenech Soler and Japanese Voyeurs are all confirmed to play too.
Mark Ronson & The Business Intl. and Paul Kalkbrenner will play the Dance Hall on Thursday night (18 August), with Crystal Castles, Bloody Beetroots Death Crew 77 and Birdy Nam Nam there on Friday (19 August). A-Trak, The Subs and Stromae will appear on Saturday (20 August), with Breakage featuring Jess Mills, Modestep, Example and The Shoes also set to appear across the weekend.
The first names announced for the festival’s Boiler Room are Dave Clarke, Benga & Skream ft. Youngman, Crookers, Andy C & MC GQ, Netsky, Nero, Calvin Harris, Cassius, Skrillex, Busy P, Benny Benassi, DJ Fresh, Feadz, Drop The Lime, Danny Byrd, Carte Blanche, Congorock, SebastiAn, Camo & Krooked, Canblaster, Emalkay, Gesaffelstein and Borgore.
Finally for now, the first heavy confirmations for The Shelter stage are Deftones, Bullet For My Valentine, Bring Me The Horizon, Apocalyptica, Good Charlotte, Suicidal Tendencies, New Found Glory, Face To Face, No Use For A Name, Bouncing Souls, Yellowcard, OFF!, As I Lay Dying, Adept, Your Demise, Devil Sold His Soul, Bleed From Within, Yashin, Title Fight and Gay For Johnny Depp.

A presale for Pukkelpop 2011 will begin tomorrow (27 April) via www.pukkelpop.be, with tickets only available online this year.
A combi-ticket will cost 155 EUR and day tickets 79 EUR each, with all prices including free camping and public transport.
