Foo Fighters, Jane's Addiction and Arctic Monkeys will headline the Brazillian leg of Lollapalooza 2012.
Festival founder and Jane’s frontman Perry Farrell revealed the line-up in a webcast on the festival’s Facebook page this afternoon (21 November).
Other acts confirmed to play the event, which takes place at the Jockey Club in Sao Paulo on 7-8 April, include MGMT, TV On The Radio, Thievery Corporation, Skrillex, Foster The People and Band Of Horses.
Calvin Harris, Cage The Elephant, Joan Jett And The Blackhearts, Gogol Bordello, The Crystal Method, Tinie Tempah, Peaches, Bassnectar and Friendly Fires will also appear.
Pre-sale tickets for the event will go on sale at midnight tonight (22 November).
Most of the acts are also on the previously announced line-up to play the Chilean leg of the festival, which takes place in Parque O’Higgins in Santiago on 31 March – 1 April 2012, though Bjork replaces Jane’s Addiction to headline there.
Tickets for the Chilean leg of Lollapalooza 2012 are on sale now, priced at $75.
Tickets for the American leg of Lollapalooza 2012, at its now-traditional home of Grant Park, Chicago, will go on sale next spring.
