Brighton's Great Escape Festival have confirmed DJ Shadow will play on the first night of the festival.
DJ Shadow will headline The Brighton Dome venue on Thursday 12 May and joins Friendly Fires as another act confirmed to perform a headline show at The Dome.
Other artists confirmed for the The Great Escape 2011 include Warpaint, Brother and The Joy Formidable. To see the full line up click here.
The Great Escape 2011 will take place around various venues in Brighton from 12-14 May.
To ensure guaranteed access to the Dome shows, attendees can top up their festival wristband for just £6 per show or pay £18.50 just for access to that one venue.
The Great Escape Festival will bring more than 15,000 music fans over 300 bands playing across 30 venues over three days in Brighton as well as hosting a music conference for 3,000 industry professionals.
Early Bird tickets for The Great Escape 2011 are on sale for a limited time at £45 for a weekend pass.
