With their headline appearance at Glastonbury fast approaching, Coldplay played five new songs at Rock am Ring in Germany over the weekend, which fans could see aired on the Pyramid Stage.
Hurts Like Heaven’, ‘Major Minor’, ‘Us Against The World’ and ‘Cartoon Hearts’ all got their first airings during the set at the Nurburgring, reports NME.
The band also played new single ‘Every Tear Is A Waterfall’, which is set to go Top Ten in the UK singles chart this Sunday.
Coldplay will headline Glastonbury’s Saturday night (25 June).
U2 and Beyonce are the other two headliners for the sold-out event, which takes place at Worthy Farm, Pilton on 22-26 June.
