Calvin Harris heads up Beach Break Live 2010

Scottish pop-dance producer Calvin Harris is set to headline this year's Beach Break Live.

The student-only event, which has recently re-housed to Wales will also features shows from drum and bass gurus Chase And Status, rising newbie Ellie Goulding, Plan B, The Furtureheads and rapper Example.

New Young Pony Club will stop off at the festival along with Dan Le Sac Vs Scroobius Pip, who performed last year, I Blame Coco, Daisy Dares You and beatboxer Beardyman.

Other acts on the bill include Fenench Soler, Kurran And The Wolfnotes, Doll And The Kicks, The Milk, First Degree Burns and Gentlemen’s Dub Club.

Dub Mafia
, James Owen Fender and The Corresponents will all perform live while Annie Mac, High Contrast, Subfocus, Fake Blood and Scratch Perverts will all hit the decks.

Zinc, Jack Beats, Jaymo And Andy George and Nero are set to DJ as well along with Toddla T featuring MC Serocee, Dub Pistols Soundsystem, Burns, Zero T, Marc Roberts and Decibel.

Passes are available now for £89 for the four-days with camping included.

A deposit scheme has also been made available, which means students are able to secure their tickets for just £30 before paying the remainder of the cost later in the year.

Beach Break Live 2010 take place at Pembrey Country Park in Carmarthenshire in South Wales from 14-18 June.

The festival won Best Small Festival at the UK Festival Awards back in Novemeber, with organisers taking home the Promoter Of The Year prize as well.
