The upcoming Black Sabbath tour, which includes a headline show at Download Festival 2012, could bag the band £100 million.
Newspaper, The People, have done the maths and suggested the group could make £25 million each.
The four original members, Ozzy Osbourne, Tony Iommi, Bill Ward and Geezer Butler, who reunited on Friday are also planning a worldwide tour and a new album.
They headline the Download 2012 line-up on Sunday 10 June, joining Metallica at the top of the bill, who will play their classic album ‘The Black Album’.
No other acts have been confirmed for the event, which celebrates its tenth year in 2012, but Van Halen are among the other Download 2012 rumours.
Download Festival 2012 tickets will go on sale on Friday 18 November at 9am.

Speaking about the Black Sabbath reunion, Andy Copping, VP of Promotions at Live Nation said: “The reunion of the original line up of Black Sabbath has been one of the most talked about stories of the year. I am thrilled that the band will return to Donington Park next year to help us mark 10 years of the Download Festival.”
