Bestival 2011 bosses have revealed details of 'magical' arts and entertainment, including a roller disco, crazy golf, circus performers and a fancy dress parade set to take place on-site at the festival which takes place from 8-11 September at Robin Hill on the Isle of Wight.
The Free Sports Park will host dazzling BMX and skate displays, while Hell’s Riders will perform death-defying stunts and bands play in total darkness as part of the Blackout Gigs.
There will be a Pamper Lounge, a jewellery emporium, The Wood Cutters Arms – the smallest pub in the world, and MsMarmitelover cooking for fans in The Underground Restaurant.
In the Ambient Forest, Scroobius Pip hosts a spoken word program, there’s meditation workshops and ambient music from Tom Middleton, Chris Coco, Phil Mison and Pete Gooding.
The Cabaret Tent hosts the Boom Boom Club, Gay Bingo, Whose Talent Is It Anyway? and Marisa Carnesky’s Wunder Kabinet show.
The Cure, PJ Harvey, Public Enemy and Primal Scream are all set to perform at Bestival 2011, with one more headliner still to be revealed.
