Bad Religion, Cavalera Conspiracy and Sylosis have been confirmed for Sonisphere 2011 with the music festival set for Knebworth from 8-10 July.
All three will play the Apollo Arena, while lounge legend Richard Cheese – known for laidback covers of metal, rap and rock tracks like ‘Lounge Against The Machine – will play the Saturn Arena Stage.
Added to the Bohemia arena are The Answer, Cancer Bats, My Passion, Paradise Lost, Glamour Of The Kill, Kylesa, Hayseed Dixie and Pulled Apart By Horses.
Arcane Roots, Me Vs Hero, Rolo Tomassi, Tesseract, Title Fight and Tek-One all join the Red Bull Bedroom Jam stage.
New acts for the Jagermeister Stage include Amplifier, Anterior, The Crave, Hounds, Demonic Resurrection, Jettblack, Orange Goblin, Fletcher, Saint Jude and The Virgin Marys.
Biffy Clyro, Slipknot, and for the first time together on British soil, ‘the Big Four’ – Metallica, Slayer, Megadeth and Anthrax wil be headlining the festival.
Weezer and You Me At Six will also perform across the three-day festival.
Guest ticket holders get to camp in the exclusive guest camping site with separate loos, and to access the hospitality bar, where the festival’s music industry guests rub shoulders.
