Veteran metallers Anvil are the latest name to self-confirm an appearance at this year's Download Festival.
The band, who star in the own documentary 'Anvil! The Story Of Anvil' (to be released on 20 February), will play the Donington event after last appearing at Monsters Of Rock in 1982.
Speaking on BBC Breakfast, the film's directors Sacha Gervasi said: "After playing Donington Park in 1982, 27 years on they’ve been invited back to play Download."
The band will join headliners Slipknot as well as Limp Bizkit, The Prodigy and Pendulum.
