Cult metallers Angel Witch and comedy thrashers Lawnmower Deth are set to make their Bloodstock Open Air debuts at Catton Hall next year.

Formed in 1977, Angel Witch bring their influential metal to the Sophie Lancaster Stage, where they are joined on the bill by Lawnmower Deth, performers of ‘Can I Cultivate Your Groinal Garden?’ and ‘Satan's Trampoline’.

Lawnmower Death frontman Qualcast Mutilator said: “It's a field, it's full of metal and that's good enough for us. Bring on the party!”

They are set to join Immortal, Morbid Angel and Rhapsody of Fire to rock the Derbyshire festival, which takes place from 12-14 August 2011.

Early bird weekend tickets are available at £95 plus booking fees, rising on 15 December.
