Amy Winehouse will be bringing her smokey grooves to V this year alongside those 'genre-defying' Frenchmen, Phoenix, Chicago's Kanye West, Audio Bullys and Mull Historical Society

Amy Winehouse, Phoenix, and Kanye West play the JJB/Puma Stage in Chelmsford on August 21 and Staffordshire on August 22, while Mull Historical Society play the NME Stage and Audiobullys play the JJB Stage on the reverse day.

V Festival takes place at Hylands Park, Chelmsford and Weston Park, Staffordshire on August 21 and 22.

The organisers say tickets are nearly all gone for both sites with no camping and limited numbers of day tickets for Chelmsford, while 97% of camping tickets have sold for Staffordshire.

Highlights will include The Strokes, The Pixies, The Darkness, Badly Drawn Boy, Dido, Muse, Kings of Leon, Primal Scream, Massive Attack and Basement Jaxx.
