AC/DC look likely to be confirmed as headliners for next year's Download Festival after an over-enthusiastic admin on their official website revealed the band will be playing.
The date has since been removed, but eager fans noted that the Australian rockers are expected to play on Friday 11 June.
Organiser Andy Copping used his Twitter feed to acknowledge the mistake writing: "Not sure what to say about the AC/DC slip up tonight, it seems to have been taken off their site now. I think they may just want to play."
Other bands rumoured for the festival include Aerosmith and Them Crooked Vultures.
Organisers are making passes available at 2009 prices, which means £135 for the weekend, with camping add-ons at £25 for Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
