About Mojotic Festival 2009
Almost ironically located in the 'bay of silence' on Italy's Western coast, this noisy little affair remains one of the few
events still cutting it in a region where open-air musical events are becoming scarce.
The festival's sole stage is
set to welcome Italian and international stars alike for two days and nights of musical fun. Easy Star All Stars and Paolo
Benvegnu' are the first names on the bill for 2009
The event will take place for the first time this year in the beautiful
surroundings of Sestri Levante, a town chock full of seaside delights and surprises and a prime site to indulge in one of
the many tourist attractions situated nearby.
The town provides a host of charming accomodation options for the plain
to the luxurious, thus catering for all potential music buffs. Sestri Levante station is the nearest station providing regional
rail links whilst international flights run to Genoa Airport.
